ぷらっと、今日のランチは、神田駅周辺を散策。
ＪＲ神田駅西口南口改札を出て、
右折して、西口に向かう、
西口を出て、すぐ正面の横断歩道を渡って、
神田駅西口通りの商店街に入り、
しばらく道なりに直進して、
４本目の十字路の右手前に、
本日、お邪魔した『伊勢ろく 本店』さんがある。
平日の１１時４５分に入店。
店内に入ると男性店員が「お好きなところどうぞ」
と声を掛けてくれたので、
入口を入って、左手の一番奥のカウンター席に向かう。
カウンター席に向かう途中に店内を見廻すと
男性のおひとり様が３名と女性のおひとり様が１名の
合計４名のお客さまが居られた。
厨房前のカウンター席に座って、
メニュー表でメニューを確認。
メニューは、

・伊勢ろくの親子丼 ９００円
・鶏そぼろ親子丼 １，０００円
・倍盛（鶏肉二倍）親子丼 １，２００円

お店の名前が入った「伊勢ろくの親子丼」が
目に飛び込んできたので、
「伊勢ろくの親子丼」をチョイスして、
男性店員に「伊勢ろくの親子丼」を発注。
待つこと１分。
早い！あっという間に、
「伊勢ろくの親子丼」が提供された。
「伊勢ろくの親子丼」の内容は、
「親子丼」と「お吸い物」と「香物」である。
「親子丼」は、蓋がされていたので、
まずは、蓋を開けると、ご飯の上に、
「鶏肉」と「フワフワ半熟玉子」が絡まった
上に、「三つ葉」が乗った 見た目からして、
美味そうな丼ぶりである。
「鶏肉」は、
柔らかく、ジューシーで、歯むごとに、
口の中に旨みが広がる。
その「割り下」と「濃厚な玉子」が絡み合い、
コクが増し、深みのある味わいで、
ふっくらした玉子である。
「親子丼」は、
ジューシーな鶏肉に、「玉子とじ」、
そこに、ご飯を一緒に、
口の中に入れて味わう。これは旨い。
そして、「親子丼」を食べ進る。
鶏肉は、フックラ弾力ある食感で、
三つ葉がアクセントになっている。
「ご飯」に「玉子とじ」が合って旨い。
最後に「お吸い物」を飲んで完食。
本日は、提供時間が早く、旨い「伊勢ろくの親子丼」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
