神田駅北口すぐのうどん屋さん
神田駅北口のほぼ目の前にあるお店。
以前会社の人に美味しいと聞いて気になっていたお店です！
ランチタイムに伺いました(^^)
価格的にも近くの小諸そばや富士そばとは違い、それなりに美味しいうどん屋さんなのだろうと思って期待していました。
頼んだのは釜玉生醤油うどん¥620。
テーブルに置いてある生醤油を好みの量入れ、中央にのっている生卵を崩しながら混ぜます。
1本1本太くてコシのありそうな麺！
非常に美味しそう！
ですが、食べてみると冷のはずなのに若干ぬるい。。。
そのせいなのかコシもあまりない。。。
味は生醤油をかけるだけの単純な味ですが、普通に美味しいです。
テーブルにあるゴマをかけたり七味をかけたりして味の変化を楽しみましたが、ゴマが非常に合っていてよかったです☆
やはりうどんは麺が命だと思いますので、このぬるい麺はいかがなものかと。。。
ちゃんと冷やして麺を締めるだけでもっともっと美味しくなりそうなのに！！！
なんだかもったいないです＞＜
温かいメニューだとどうなのだろう？と気になったので、また伺いたいなと思います！

前回のレビューからかなり時間が経っていますが、度々訪問しています。
食べたいものが特にない時はこちらに伺うことが多いのです。
駅目の前で便利だし美味しいし何となく入りやすいから。
この日はざるうどん¥590にまいたけ天¥160をつけました。
相変わらず太めのうどんは強いコシで美味しいです。
ざるうどんなど冷たいうどんを頼んでも麺が冷えきらず温かいままのことがよくあるのですが、この日はちゃんと冷えていました。
やっぱこうでなくっちゃね。
ここは天ぷらも美味しいのでよく頼むのですが、この日の天ぷらは衣がいつもより厚く粉っぽい感じでした。
ちゃんと揚がりきっていないというか。
ちょっと残念。
