ビジネスパートナーとのランチで、讃岐うどん 野らぼー 神田北口店さんを訪問しました。
11:30頃の訪問なので、店内はまだ席に余裕がありました。
野らぼーさんは、神田・大手町近辺を中心として8店舗展開されている、
このエリアでは人気の讃岐うどん店です。
全ての店舗で製麺した麺を店内の大釜で茹であげ、
出来たて、茹でたてのうどんを頂けるお店。
香川県伊吹島産のいりこ、九州枕崎 鵜飼商店さんの鰹節、北海道産 羅臼昆布、
香川から取り寄せる田舎醤油、香川県産さぬきの青ネギ、揚げたての天ぷらなど、
カジュアルな雰囲気ながらも、きちんとこだわりを持たれているお店。
セットメニューなどもあるのですが、夜に焼肉会食が確定しているため、

卓上には生醤油、ゴマ、唐辛子、塩、醤油、紙おしぼり、冷たいお茶が常備されてます。
5分ほどでうどんが提供されました。
釜から揚げたての麺に甘めに味付けされた大量のお肉、生卵が。
別で提供される出汁をぶっかけ頂きます。
太目で歯ごたえがあり、のど越しも良く小麦の香りが残る麺に、
いりこが効いた出汁、甘めのお肉、溶いた卵を絡ませ一気に完食！
とてもまとまりが良く美味しかったです。
神田北口店さんは特に駅から近く、料理の提供もスピーディーで、とても使いやすいお店です。
