Before Marugame Seimen and Hanamaru Udon became popular, Norabo was quite aggressive in expanding restaurant in the Otemachi area. I remember joining in and going there twice a week for lunch. Looking back, it's a bit of a poor value at over 1,000 yen for Sanuki udon, but at the time, there was no rival, so they were very aggressive with their prices. Even so, I think the udon they served was quite tasty.
