蕎麦前をいくつかと蕎麦を2種盛りで頂きました。
日本酒はなかなか玄人好みなラインナップ。
○お通し
自家製のおから。日本酒に合う。
○チーズの味噌漬け
美味しかった。3種類のチーズの盛り合わせ。
日本酒がすすみます。
○蟹味噌
ますます日本酒がすすみます。
○牛肉と大根のバーボン煮
甘みが無いしょっぱい系の味付け。
牛肉は脂のない部位でパサっとしており私は好みじゃなかった。
柚子胡椒をおかわりしたい。
○2種盛り蕎麦
2種のお蕎麦は茨城県産と北海道産。
どちらも香りが良く、つるつる系の美味しいお蕎麦です。盛りは少なめ。
BGMも無く、御店主がお一人で切り盛りされていらっしゃいます。
1人で飲むのに良い感じ。
