あまり良く覚えていませんが、一時期日本に上海蟹輸入できなくなっていませんでしたっけ?
上海蟹好きの友人と必ず年一回は時期になると食べに行っていたのに、ここ数年その約束も途切れており…いつの間にまた普通に食べられるようになったんだろう…
それはさておき。
食べられるなら食べたい上海蟹!すべてのお料理に上海蟹が使われているというコースを予約して伺いました。飲み放題が付いて8800円(税込)。
老酒漬けはしょっぱくて紹興酒が進むし、スープやあんかけは控えめの味付けで緩急きいてます。
やっぱり蒸し上海蟹が一番テンション上がりました!ほぐしてくれるので食べやすくてありがたい…。
紹興酒飲みすぎて、小籠包あたりからあまり味を覚えていないな…???
今月から再開のgo to eatのクーポンも使えました。
