正しい四川麻婆豆腐
麻婆豆腐セット 900円。
卵スープ、サラダ、タピオカミルクとご飯。
注文から1分と経たずに出てきた。マッハだ！
ちゃんと熱いからよし。
味は物凄く正しい四川麻婆豆腐。
花椒と唐辛子がっつり炒めた油がいい。
ほんのりな苦味。ちょい塩が強いのが難だが、まあアリ。
この味好きだー。
ほぼ陳家私菜と同じ味。こちらは絹でなく木綿カット。
辛さはあちらの小辛くらい。
ご飯おかわり無料なので1膳おかわりした。
うん、満足。
今度は本格担々麺いこうかな
