神田にお寿司屋数あれど、ちらしのコスパはNo.1の店。
コロナ禍で暫くランチ休業していたが、待望の復活。しかもお値段は変わらず。相変わらず賑わっている。一階が満席だと二階の座敷を案内してくれる。
ランチは基本、ちらしがメイン。ここでは、ちらしの中盛1,150円の一択。
決して、高級なネタで彩られている訳ではない。馴染みのある普通のネタがたくさん盛られている。ご飯の上に、まぐろ×2、白身、蛸、サーモン、光りもの、玉子などが敷き詰められる。その上に、えび、明太子、さつま揚げ、まぐろたたき、ポテトサラダ、ガリが盛られ、ネタが豊富でボリューミーな一品。久しぶりのご対面。
このままではご飯と一緒に食べられないため、木皿にネタを移してから食べ始める。魚の味に偏りがちな時に、ポテサラが味の変化球を投じてくれる。最初は？？？と思ったが、慣れるとこれはこれで良い。
このお値段なので、ランチにお手拭きは提供されない。椀も普通のワカメと揚げの味噌汁。このお値段なので、これ以上は求められない。高級寿司を所望される方は、別の店をお勧めする。コスパ最強。ご馳走様でした。
