平日のランチで、すし定さんを訪問して来ました。
場所は神田駅から徒歩3分程。
すし定さんは1903年創業の老舗寿司店。
ランチのデカ盛り系ちらしも人気のお店です。
11:40頃に到着。
お店は2Fまで合わせて31席。
私は1席だけ空いていた1Fのカウンター席へ。
卓上には、醤油、楊枝が常備されており、箸、醤油皿がセット済み。
着席後、温かいお茶が出されました。
ランチメニューは、ちらし、上ちらし、ねぎとろ丼、ばらちらしの4種類で、
それぞれ大盛りの設定があります。
今回は、
・上ちらし 大盛り 2,000円
を、オーダー。
大盛りは量が尋常じゃないので、すぐにネタ退避用の木製取り皿が、
10分弱で料理が到着。
久々の訪問でしたが、いつ見ても笑っちゃうくらいのボリュームと盛り付け。
スタッフさんは皆さんジェンガが上手そう！笑
ネタのクオリティはボチボチと言ったところですが、
種類も多く掘っても掘っても出て来るので、食べ進めるのがとても楽しいですね。
一応、いくら、蟹あたりも入っているので、コスパも悪くはありません。
前日の深酒で食欲がバグっていたため、ノンストップで秒殺。
どうしても使う醤油の量が多くなるので、食後は2時間くらいめっちゃ喉が渇きました、、、
並盛りはインパクトがイマイチなので、どうせなら大盛りを食べてもらいたいすし定さん。
