上ちらし1,850円
神田駅近くのお寿司屋さん。
11:20頃に店舗到着。
何年ぶりだろ？かなり久々です(^_^;)
並びの噂を聞いていたのですが一番乗り。
ちょっと様子見かなぁと、ふらっと店先を離れて戻ってみると、列が!!
慌てて列に加わります。
ほんの２〜３分の間にポールから６番手に降格です(^_^;)
開店の頃には更に列は伸び…
正確な人数は数えることができなかったのですが、恐らく１５人以上が列を形成していたかと。
人気ですなぁ(^^)
こちらではちらしの大盛が自身の定番でした。
今回は上ちらしを大盛でいただくつもりでその気になっていたのですが、財布と小銭入れを何度確認しても10円足りない…正確に言うと２円ですが…
キャッシュレス決済になれてしまった弊害です(T_T)
ということで、大盛は諦めて上ちらしをオーダー。
注文は開店前に聞きに来てくれます(^^)
定刻通りに開店。
順番にカウンター席へ案内いただきました。
腰を落ち着かせ、職人さんたちの所作を観察(^^)
流れるような作業で器が流れていきます。
目の前でフォーメーションを楽しみます(^^)
メニューによって器が違うんですよね〜
多分これが自分のだなぁとその器を凝視しましたが、特にオモシロイことは起こりませんでした(笑)
程なくしてソイツの登場。
うん、やっぱり大盛じゃないとビジュアル的圧倒感は無いですね(^_^;)
も、十分に美味しそう(*^^*)
少しづついろいろなお魚を楽しめるのが「ちらし」の魅力ですよね(^^)
何種類あったか…
上ちらしだと、ポテサラやさつま揚げはなく、海鮮の品々。途中で覚えきれず、数えるのを諦めました(^_^;)
特に印象に残ったのはふわとろな煮穴子でした(^^)v
センターに配され存在感を発揮しておりました。
お刺身類は種類が豊富で食感や風味の違いを楽しめました(￣ー￣)ｂｸﾞｯ!
上ちらしで1,850円。
お邪魔した直前で値上がりがあったのは残念でしたが、昨今の情勢から致し方なし。
それでも、お値段相当に楽しむことはできたのかなぁと。
人気の理由も理解できました。
次回はしっかりとお財布の中身を確認してから挑みたいと思います(^^ゞ
