平日火曜日の夜に利用。
長らくお寿司を食べてなかったのでお寿司屋さんへ行こうということで色々検索している中発見したこちらのお店。
なんと明治36年創業！？！すごい！！！
口コミもとても良さそうだったので、事前予約して行きました。
今回予約したコースは、寿司コース（6,720円）です。
こちらは握りが10貫と穴子一本握り、その他焼き物や刺身がつくコースです。
予約の時点で内容と価格にびっくりしていて、どんなクオリティなんだろう…と内心思ってしまうくらいですが杞憂で終わりました。
コースの最初はまず、先付けできんぴらと椎茸の煮付けと枝豆とおつまみにぴったりな3品が出てきました。
もちろん美味しくて、つまみながら待っているとメヌケの西京焼きが出てきました。
メヌケっておそらく初めていただきましたが、身がふっくら脂も乗ってて美味しいです。そもそもこの焼き身がコースの割に非常に大きいです！
メヌケの西京焼きの次は、帆立と鮪赤身と鰹の刺身。身が分厚くて鮮度も高くて美味しい！
個人的にそう好んで帆立の刺身はいただかないのですが、こちらでいただいた帆立は身がぎゅっと引き締まっておりこんなに美味しいんだなぁと惚れ惚れしました(*´꒳`*)
刺身の次はメインの握り10貫とお店自慢の穴子一本握りが✨
出てきた時、この寿司のクオリティに圧巻！！
どれもネタが新鮮で質が良くてシャリも大きすぎず適度な大きさでネタが大きくて…これは相当アタリのお店だと握り食べる前からわかっちゃうくらい！
握りは（左上から順番に）中トロ・鯛・赤身・烏賊・大トロ・鯵・赤貝・甘海老・いくら・雲丹と穴子一本握りです。
全てネタも大振りで質も良くパーフェクトな美味しさでしたが、特に赤身でありながら十分以上の脂の乗りと柔らかさを発揮している質の良い鮪の赤身握りのレベルの高さに感動！！
また雲丹の軍艦の雲丹の量の多さ！！！これすごくたっぷり乗ってます！！
穴子はふわっふわトロける！甘いけど甘すぎないタレがよく合います。
お寿司が計11貫も出てくるのでかなり腹パンですが、最後にデザートのアイスクリームを出してくれます。
こちらも美味しかった✨
このお値段でこの量だけならず、毎日豊洲から仕入れる質の良いネタ…本当に最後まで感動でいっぱい･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+
