初訪です。
以前から気になってたお店。
連れも気になっていたというので、満場一致で入店。
金曜日の19時頃ということもあって、店内はほぼ満席でしたが
予約していたので無事に着席。
メニューを見ると、町中華な感じはないが
四川・広東・北京などの地域カテゴリーもなさそう。
とにかく食べたいと思ったもので、水餃子や腸詰、
タタキキュウリやたこサラダなどを、ツマミとして注文。
ビールから始めて、紹興酒やサワーなどで堪能。
海鮮春巻きは、太めの長い棒状の春巻きの中に
具がたっぷり詰め込まれている感じ。
プリップリの具材とパリッパリの皮が美味しかった。
そして一番気になってた胡椒メニュー、
（写真撮り忘れた）豚バラのグリルに生胡椒を乗せたものと
店名にもなってる胡椒饅頭を注文。
生胡椒を初体験だったのですが、豚バラの脂と相まって
辛味は感じず、むしろ甘い。
目からウロコの胡椒の美味しさで、夢中で食べてしまいました。
胡椒饅頭も同じく、辛さはないです。
胡椒の香りを堪能できるメニューじゃないかな。
胡椒がこんなに美味しいなんて、衝撃的。
さすが古では【黒いダイヤモンド】と言われただけある。
ちょっと感動すら覚える胡椒の美味しさを教えてもらいました。
お店の料理は、全般的に何を食べてもクオリティ高くて
美味しいです。
お腹事情で辿り着けなかった麺も、次回挑戦したい！
