秋葉原の独創的な中華食堂。
マツコの知らない世界で紹介された、「酸辣湯麺」はぜひ食べて欲しいです！
まず、提供されてから鼻腔を突き抜ける辛×酸の刺激的な匂いがめちゃくちゃ印象的。
麺はラーメンと言うよりコシのあるお蕎麦のような見た目で、白胡椒と黒胡椒を練り込んでいるのだとか。
麺に胡椒だとダイレクトに喉にきそうですが、そんなに辛くなく食べやすいです。上にはぷりぷりのエビが2匹。溶き卵もなかに入っていて、ひたすらダラダラ汗を流しながら酸辣湯麺をいただきます。
別添えの黒胡椒は、赤胡椒よりピリッとしていて刺激的。1番胡椒、2番胡椒もお好みでかけるとアクセントになるので、辛い麺が好きな方にはおすすめ！
ボリュームは女性でも完食しやすい、丁度よさ。
真夏にも午後のスタミナチャージのために通いたいぐらい美味しい酸辣湯麺でした！！
