東京神田にあるすりみやさんに行ってきた。
今日は仙台名物のせり鍋を食べてみたい！
ということですりみやさんを探し出しお邪魔しました、席もゆったり個室で接客も気持ちよく料理も美味しかったです。
特にせり鍋は子供は絶対喜ばない味でしたが、爽やかな歯応えと仄かな苦みで好きでした。
体にも良い感じ、根っこと茎と葉っぱと違う香りを楽しめて鶏もよく合うと思いました。
焼きたてちくわも絶品、揚げたての3角お揚げも美味しい！
良いお店でした。
