メトロ神田駅の4番出口を上がってすぐの中華料理屋さん。平日13時半ごろにランチで訪問。陽気がいいからか入り口ドアが開けっぱなしで、中がよく見えて入りやすかったのでふらりと。先客8名、後客2名、二階席もあるようでゆったりした雰囲気。一人だけど4名席でのんびり食事させてもらいました。
ランチのサービスメニューから9番の「葱そばとチャーハン」のセット¥880を注文。8分ほどで運ばれてきたそれは、まさに王道の中華料理屋さんランチ。柔め細麺のすっきりネギラーメンと、チューシューのコクが強いパラパラしすぎてないチャーハン。そして子供の頃よく食べた方の、しっかり固まってる杏仁豆腐。
こういうのがいいんだよねー、と思わず口に出てしまう完璧なノスタルジー中華ランチでした。こういうお店にたまに行きたくなるのよね。また来ると思います！
