秋葉原駅から御茶ノ水駅方面へ向かい、昌平橋を渡った中央線の高架下にあるスペインバルです。
美味しいパエリアが食べたくて探していたところ、こちらのお店を見つけ、金曜の夜だったので流石に予約を入れて伺いましたが、あっという間に満席でした。
国際パエリアコンクールで優勝との看板にくすぐられ、パエリアを２種類注文。
『フィデワ・デ・ガンディア』は、大きな海老の入った魚介のエキスたっぷりのパスタパエリアで、海老の香り食欲をそそる初めてのフィデワを興味津々で口に入れると、魚介の旨みたっぷり吸ったパスタがお米とは違う面白い食感で美味しかった。
注文後に生米から炊き上げる『魚介のパエリア』は、魚介の濃厚な出汁がたっぷりのパエリア。
表面はおこげの様にパリパリになってるものの中はふわふわで、絞ったレモンと魚介の香りが混ざり合い食欲がそそられる一品は美味しかったです。
パエリアの他にも美味しそうな料理は沢山あります。
今回は、パエリアが出来上がるまでに生ハムやイペリコ豚の鉄板焼きなどを頂きましたが美味しかったです。
お手頃価格で頂けるお店なので仕方がないですが、2人だとテーブルが小さ過ぎて、パエリアを頼むともうスペースがないので他の料理は頼めません。
