【再訪】
通えば通うほど好きになっていくG’drop。
最初の訪問から月１〜2のペースで利用。
居心地も良く、時々リストにない、あっと驚くワインがグラスで飲めるのが魅力。
偶然かもしれませんがまたまたOverture。何とグラスで頂きました。
私の中ではOpus Oneのセカンドといっても複雑味や余韻には負けますがグラスで飲ませてくれるお店ははじめて。
そしてボトルですが大好きなGAJAも破格で飲めることも。
ブルゴーニュ好きですがこちらのオーナーがニューワールド（特にナパバレー）好きとかで、揃えているワインもニューワールドが豊富。その為、こちらで頂くのはニューワールドに偏りがち。
料理はトリッパや白レバームース、野菜のトマトパスタに偏る傾向ですが、料理も美味しく、またリクエストに応えて頂けるのも嬉しい。
銀座のワインバーに比べると敷居も高くなく、ワインに詳しくない人でも気軽に利用出来、誘う側としても気を使わずに済みます。
特に接客及びサービスは素晴らしい。

ワイン好きの知人の紹介で初訪問。
神田駅から近く会社帰りは嬉しい立地。
店内ですが外観から見た感じと違い重厚感があります。
カウンター、テーブル席、小さなパーティールームがありそれぞれのシーンに
合わせて使い分けが出来そう。
こちらの店は何と言ってもグラスで頂けるワインの種類が豊富でフランスから
ニューワールドまで様々。
残念な事にグラスだと驚くようなブルゴーニュは飲めませんが、沢山の種類が
飲めるのが魅力。
グラスのリストを見ると庶民的なワインバー。
外は猛烈に暑く喉を潤す為、泡で乾杯。
泡はシャンパーニュ・テタンジュ社とジョイントコラボしたカルフォルニアのカーネロス。
今回頂いた料理はこちら。
・プロシュートとイチジク
・カポナータ
・牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮
・トリッパ
・本日の鮮魚
料理はどれも美味しく頂けましたが中でもトリッパがお気に入り。
プロシュートと旬のいちじくも美味しかったです。
全ての料理は2人でちょうど良い量目かと。
今回はワインを沢山頂いた為に断念しましたがピッツァなどもあり気になるところ。
ワインバーと謳っているようですが料理も充実しています。
泡の後は、グラスでサンセールを頂きましたが驚くほどの黄金色。
とてもボリュームがありブラインドで出されてたら外してしまいそう。
その後ボトルで頂いたのは、Opus OneのセカンドのOverture。
Opus Oneは何度か飲んだ事はありますが、Overtureは初！
NVなのでバラツキはないとの事でしたが、都度は使われているぶどう品種も
若干違うとの事でした。
まだ若々しいですが、とてもバランスが良く素直なカべルネ。
アルコール度数もそこそこあり猛暑なのに不思議とスルスル飲めてしまうほど。
CPを考えると断然Overture♪
やっぱりブルゴーニュも飲みたかったのでその後はマルサネをグラスで。
当然ですがOvertureの後でしたので残念ながら印象が薄い・・・。
〆はデザートの盛り合わせ（こちらは別腹）
ワインがメインだけど美味しい料理も食べたい時にはピッタリ！
居心地良く食事が出来るお店です。
会社帰りにまた利用させて頂きます。
