火曜12時半前訪店。小川町駅近くのとんかつ屋さん。2人待ちで15分ほど。
待っている間に、ヒレ定食(¥1700)をオーダー。ロースと悩むが、脂を減らすことが求められているので。
ヒレはまず何もつけずに。肉の旨味とサクッとした衣の食感。次いで、赤みがかった塩はヒマラヤだろうか、そしてレモンで味変。ソースと辛子で。ライスにはラッキョウと共に。赤出汁、浅漬け付き。やはり美味い。
お客様の多くは領収書をもらっていく。
