今日は昼ご飯をご馳走してくれるという
太っ腹な人についていきました。
12時過ぎの入店で、半分ぐらいの入りです。
ランチメニューの基本は、麺とチャーハンのセットで、
ご飯お替わり自由な定食もありましたが、
一番変り種っぽい豚角煮ラーメンセットを発注しました。
5分強で提供です。
ラーメンのスープは塩味控えめで、かすかに香ばしさがあり、
おお、なかなかと思いました。
麺は細めで、ややかために茹でてあり、これも良好です。
ただ、箸が長めですべるタイプなので、食べづらいです。
豚の角煮は、八角が強めですが、いやみはなく、
肉はやわらかくて、良好ですね。
ラーメンの具として、特に違和感がありません。
チャーハンはパラパラですが、水分が飛びすぎて、
少しパサパサになっててます。
小皿の野菜炒めと杏仁豆腐は普通ですか。
チャーハンが良好ならもう少し高評価になったと思いますが、
十分満足な内容でした。
なお、太っ腹な人が注文したのが、天津麺セットで
天津飯のアタマ、つまり玉子炒めが
どーんと麺を覆い隠すように乗ったラーメンで、
こっちのほうが明らかに変り種でした。
