2022.07.08 (Friday) Cloudy First visit 11:13 Entered 0 first customers 0 second customers 11:19 Served Vegetable tanmen and small fried rice: 750 yen Visited our store in search of tanmen. Check the menu at the entrance of the store for "Vegetable Tanmen and Small Fried Rice." I entered the store and sat down at an empty table. I verbally order ``Vegetable Tanmen'' from a continental female clerk. The table is fully equipped with soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and ramen pepper. TV Asahi's Wide Scramble was playing on the TV. (There was news of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's resignation, but more important news came later...) Hiiyaya appeared late at 11:15. Unfortunately, the temperature is a little warm. It was served on a tray in about 6 minutes after ordering. Perhaps I had left the salad behind, but the salad was served immediately. The noodles are yellowish curly thin noodles. The doneness of boiling is a little firm. When I bit into it, it had just the right amount of firmness and had a good texture. Ingredients: cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, komatsuna, chives, wood ear mushrooms Vegetables such as cabbage still had a light crunch. Komatsuna has a light bitterness that makes it easy to eat. The chives had a strong flavor and had a strong presence. The amount of vegetables was over 200g which seemed to be a sufficient amount. The wood ear mushroom had a pleasant springy texture. By the way, there was no meat in it. The soup is cloudy and salty. It's a unique taste of continental Chinese food. The soup stock is pork bones, chicken bones, and flavored vegetables. Mainland Chinese cuisine has a similar taste and basically uses a unified powdered soup? The salt content is just right. It didn't have a lot of oil so it was refreshing. Small fried rice The only ingredient is an egg. Although it was a simple fried rice with only eggs, the seasoning was surprisingly good. The finish was moist. The amount of rice was about one bowl of rice. Salad Consists of lettuce and extra-fine carrots. It was delicious with a commercially available soy sauce dressing. It didn't feel dry and had a freshness to it. Almond tofu is cold and delicious with a strong almond flavor. However, it is a pity that the quantity is small. Overall review: Tanmen has a lot of vegetables, so it's not bad. Also, the CP was pretty good as it comes with a lot of other things besides tanmen.
