One of the most highly rated continental Chinese restaurants in Iwamoto Town. It is located next to the ``Minogasa Main Store,'' and they compete with each other by selling eat-in and Bento (boxed lunch). Today I visited for my first weekday lunch in a while. The inside of the store is a calm space with a touch of luxury. If you enter with the image of a typical continental Chinese restaurant with a rustic atmosphere and Chinese being spoken, you will be disappointed.There is no daily menu for lunch, only a fixed menu. That said, there are 10 types of noodle and rice sets and 10 set meal sets, so there are a lot of variations. If this is all you have, you won't need a daily replacement. I verbally ordered the ``Stir-fried Pork and Vegetables/750 yen,'' which I had prepared and decided on before coming to the store. I thought I heard the loud sound of frying coming from the kitchen on the other side of the wall, but it turned out to be Sokko. There's a heaping amount of stir-fried meat and vegetables on an oval plate. Surrounding it are commonly seen supporting characters such as rice, soup, takuan, and almond tofu. It's unusual for the soup to be miso soup, so I personally think it's nice. The stir-fried dish contains plenty of thinly sliced tender pork and is quite filling. There are a lot of ingredients, such as cabbage, bean sprouts, chives, carrots, wood ears, and crunchy onions, and the taste and texture are very impressive. The overall seasoning and fatness are modest and modest, and I don't think they use much flavoring. Stir-fried meat and vegetables with an elegant finish. I continued eating while admiring the excellent workmanship. As expected, it's a continental Chinese restaurant, so the rough customer service wasn't very elegant (^_^;), but it was acceptable. I think it is by far the best among similar shops in the surrounding area.
