The shop where I thought the dried tofu was the most delicious ever!
For the first time, I visited a continental Chinese restaurant called PANDA, located about 5 minutes from Akihabara Station (right next to Iwamotocho Station). I wanted to eat dried tofu with herbs and did some research, which led to my visit. The dried tofu and Chinese coriander dressing was dressed with cilantro and green onions, and the dried tofu was perfectly boiled, had a great texture, and was delicious without being overly salty.I was impressed! Naturally, I ended up ordering a replacement. I ordered all-you-can-drink, but was disappointed that there was no draft beer, only bottled beer. I had no choice but to order bottled beer, various sours, plum wine, etc. and thoroughly enjoyed them.・Stir-fried water spinach ・Shanghai-style small lily bao ・Sweet and sour pork ・Authentic Sichuan drool chicken ・Lettuce fried rice I don't know if most of them don't use charcoal, or if they use a little less, but maybe because the oil is good, you can eat it easily without getting bored. You'll feel refreshed and satisfied afterwards. The sweet and sour pork was average, but the drool chicken was even more delicious. The lettuce fried rice was also really delicious, from the way it was stir-fried to the seasoning. Both the stir-fried water spinach and Xiaolongbao were delicious and above average. The young male clerk was very prompt and courteous, which made me very happy. It seems like they also have Hot pot, so it's a restaurant that you'll definitely want to visit again and again! I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful shop.

Last time I visited, I ordered all-you-can-drink and food a la carte, and it was very good, so I went back. This time, I was curious about the `` Hot pot pot'' that was posted at the restaurant last time, so I ordered this with the all-you-can-drink option. I was surprised. I ordered mutton and beef, but I thought Hot pot would be thinly sliced meat rolled up into a ball, but instead, the meat was thawed from the frozen and served on a plate. It was thawed on the outside, but when I lifted it up by the edge, it was frozen, so I had no choice but to put it in the pot as a whole. I guess Hot pot I used to eat at other restaurants was Medicinal Food Hot pot, but the soup here didn't have Medicinal Food flavor either, and I thought, "Huh?" But I didn't want to waste food, so I ordered as much as I could. I've been eating well. The menu was unfamiliar, with ``bacteria soup'' for soup and ``bamboo shoots'' for vegetables, and when I asked the staff, I was told that ``the translation wasn't very good.'' As for the vegetables, I ordered bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, and king king king mushrooms, and the portions were huge (I almost forgot to take pictures). So out of curiosity, I ordered additional ``ham'' and ``kamaboko'' items on the menu, but as the name suggests, they were just slices of ham. I didn't think this ham or crab fish would go well with Hot pot (lol) Is the paste (dango) "Taiwanese Gongmaru"? Both the ``fish balls'' and ``fish balls'' had unusual flavors and were delicious. The almond tofu I ordered for dessert was surprisingly watery and tasteless. This time, I tried Hot pot at this restaurant, and next time I would like to try the delicious a la carte dishes, mainly dried tofu with herbs! At the same time, I wanted to eat Medicinal Food Hot pot that I had been visiting as soon as possible.
