外国人シェフ2名、日本人スタッフ1名。注文も安心。店内も異国情緒溢れてプチ旅行気分に。シンガポール・パクチーで検索し、来訪。
どうやらカレー、日替わりが人気メニューのよう。今回はパクチー気分のため、鶏フォー880円に決定。
もちろん＋50円でパクチー増に。
淡白な透明なスープ。単体で味わうと塩味、スパイス感(黒胡椒)がやや物足りない。唐辛子、ライムを入れるとちょいアクセント。珍しく薄切り厚揚げが乗っている。茶瓶はオイルだった…チャイと一緒に提供されたため黒糖かと思い、間違えてチャイに入れてしまうという失態笑 追加で5杯追加して初めて気づく…
ランチタイムはsドリンクサービスがありがたい！
お一人様が多いようで、自身も入店しやすかった。
グループ席4名×2席しかないので、団体利用は要確認かと！
次は日替わりとカレー、ガパオライスでリベンジしたい。
