タコは大ぶりが嬉しい。
ハタハタはずっしりしっかりと重く引き締まり一口噛むとじゅわっとそのエキスが溢れ出す。
香ばしさがたまらない。
地蛤は絶妙な焼き加減。
殻にへばりつく身を吸い付くように強引に口に入れる
ミネラルな海の香りが口に広がった。
「あ〜、美味い。」
思わずそんな言葉が声に出た。
美味いものは人を元気にしてくれる。
