だんだん暑くなってきて沖縄料理が食べたくなりました。とくに沖縄そばに惹かれて入店しました。
乾杯から泡盛を注文。白百合をロックで。
フードは沖縄らしく海ブドウから。海ブドウのぶちぶちとした触感大好きです。
粒も大きめで、きれいなグリーン。お値段以上のボリュームで出だしからうれしい。タレはポン酢でした。
カツオのたたき、ふーちゃんぷる、油淋鶏を注文。どれもお値段以上のボリューム、味で満足。
私は特にふーちゃんぷるが気に入りました。出汁を含んでジューシー、モチモチの麩の食感がたまらない。
追加でお月見山芋ステーキ、数量限定のアジフライ、そして、お目当ての沖縄そばを注文。
お料理の満足度高めでした。
