This is [a:13069214, Kushiyoshi], one of the buildings lined up like rowhouses between Aioizaka (Shoheizaka) and Kanda River. There is also the long-established billiard specialty store Awajitei and the famous French cuisine restaurant [a:13173446,TERROIR Kawabata]. I have visited Kushiyoshi at [a:13040059, Kanda West Exit Store] and [a:13072860, Kanda East Exit Store]. There are also [a:13048225, Higashi Nihonbashi store] and [a:13036015, Kanda Sudacho store] (closed). Specialties include tsunagi skewers, gari sour, and black Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). Inside the store, there is one row of tables in the front, seven seats at the counter beyond that, and two rows of tables in the back. It's always busy and sometimes you can't get in, but on this day there was an empty counter seat, so I popped in. It was run by one man in the kitchen and two women in the hall. I took a seat and had a draft beer (590 yen). This is Kamiwa's The Premium Malt's Master's Dream. It's smooth and flavorful. I received [b: Tsunagi (160 yen)], [b: Heart (150 yen)], and [b: Hizanankotsu (150 yen)]. The ``connection'' made with the sauce is chewy and chewy. It's not as rich as liver, but it's perfect for pairing with sake. For drink refills, go to [b: Garisour (420 yen)]. There is plenty of gari in the sour. This is just a snack. Finish with [b: Black Yakisoba (550 yen)]. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) turned black with squid ink. There are a few seaweeds on the top. The taste is a little spicy. There's a generous amount of cabbage in there. Inside the store, voices of "Sweetheart!" are heard flying around. The female clerk at the hall seems to be responding easily. The owner of the kitchen was very cool.
