【総評】
限定ランチに大将の心意気を感じる！鉄火丼には塩釜の生の本鮪を使用。山葵は提供の都度のすりおろし。「せっかくのいい鮪に変な山葵じゃもったいない」との大将の言葉が全てを象徴している気がする
鮪は身の凝縮感があり、ネットリとした食感。昼食としては決して安くない価格だが、十二分に納得感あり。知る人ぞ知るお店なのか、余裕のありそうな年配客がチラホラ

注文は2回とも鉄火丼1,800円
・ほのかに温かい酢飯の上に
中トロ4、赤身4、中落ち、しそ
ワカメ、紅生姜、玉子焼きが乗る
・鮪は身が凝縮。口福感あり
・刻み海苔は別皿で提供
・味噌汁付き
・味噌汁の具は油揚、玉葱、じゃがいも
・寿司屋というより定食屋の味噌汁的
