クリーミー味噌
味噌らーめんを注文。
黒メンマとチャーシュー&麺を取囲む
もやしと玉ねぎが綺麗で
スープと具材の色のコントラストも良く
面が、なんか可愛い^^
スープ一口目に脂の甘みが拡がり
喉を通った後に「我は味噌」という味わいが。
例えが下手なんですけど…
優しい包容力のある人に包まれ、そこから
更に懐の深さを見せられたような感覚。
個人的に沼に1歩足入れたな、と思ったのが
調味料の青のり！
味噌ラーメンに青のり、人生初でしたが
とにかくこれが合う。
香りが喧嘩せず、程よい磯の風味を麺や
スープに纏わせてくれる。
考えついた人凄い！
ダメ押で駅からスーパー近い。(A4出て1分)
これは通う店決定です。
他にも、辛味噌とバリ味噌いうメニューがあり
周りの方は辛味噌注文率高めだったので
次回はそっちに挑戦してみたいです。

お腹が減りすぎて味玉辛味噌ラーメンで注文。
前回、青海苔×味噌というかけ算に
見事ノックアウトされたので、
最初から青海苔を2杯増にしました。笑
そしてここのニンニク、生で美味しいので
これも2杯投入。
前回は青海苔に全部持ってかれたけど
麺美味いなぁ、とちゃんと気づけました。
辛味噌はだるまというらしい。
持ち帰り販売してくんないかな、
味噌汁に入れたい。
