希須林の系統を引き継ぐ担々麵
何度も来ているお店ですが、今は、コロナで昼営業のみ。
夏限定の冷やし担々麵をいただきました。パイコー小は150円とお手頃です。
こちらのお店は、もともと、希須林で働いていた方々がオープンしたお店なので、担々麵が一押しですが、それ以外の中華メニューもかなりのハイレベル。夜の中華メニューは、町中華としてはこの界隈で一番美味しいと思います。
お昼は担々麵メインの営業ですが、担々麵は希須林に似た味なので、美味しいです。希須林とは少し違いますが、ほぼ同じ系統の味。数ある担々麵の中でも、希須林の担々麵は別格だと思っていますが、それに近い味なので、十分合格点です。
本日、初めて食べた冷やし担々麵の方は、正直、普通の担々麺と比べると、タレがイマイチ好きではありませんでした。やはり、ここはいつもの担々麵にしておくべきでした。とはいえ、こちらのお料理はまず外れはなく、とても美味しいです。早く夜営業が復活することを祈ります。

麻婆豆腐(¥800)
パイコー坦坦麺(¥1,100)
二年ぶりの来店。小川町、神保町界隈の中華料理では一番好きな中華料理のお店。ご主人が希須林出身なので坦坦麺が人気ですが、坦坦麺以外の中華料理が抜群に美味しいです。ちなみに、希須林も赤坂は担担麺しかないですが、他のお店の中華は抜群に美味しいです。
ベースがしっかりしているので、基本、何を食べても美味しいのですが、特に好きなのが麻婆豆腐と餃子。麻婆豆腐は、これまで色んな麻婆豆腐を食べてきましたが、かなり上位に位置する麻婆豆腐です。辣油が強すぎたり、唐辛子がきつすぎたり、なかなか理想の麻婆豆腐には出会わないのですが、この麻婆豆腐は全てのバランスが最適化されていて、辛くはないのですが、抜群の仕上がりです。今日はご飯の代わりに坦坦麺を食べるつもりでしたが、ライスなしではいられず、ライス追加しました(¥100)。
餃子は写真撮り忘れましたが、注文してから包まれます。その場で包むからこその美味しさ。肉肉しい餡もジューシーです。
麻婆豆腐も餃子も少なくとも千代田区内でこれ以上のものは今のところ食べたことがありません。
坦坦麺以外も是非食べていただきたいお店です。
お昼は担担麺のみだと思うので、夜がオススメです。
