炭火焼・九州料理を打ち出した店。ランチは基本、800円の豚バラ炭火焼定食(味が選べる)と豚丼。追加料金で肉増しが可能。店内は肉を焼く煙が漂い、匂いがつく心配も。
着席して注文時に先払い。豚バラキムチおろしポン酢、肉、ご飯とも大盛りで。肉大盛りに期待し、来た料理は。。。ご飯と味噌汁、キムチが乗った肉(＋キャベツの千切りのみ)の皿、３つだけなので映えない。
肉はやや厚めのバラ肉で、弾力あり。炭焼きの匂いが口の中に満ちる(本物の炭か不明)。皿は小さいものの、肉は幾層にも重なり、それなりの量。キムチ、大根おろしと一緒に食べ、ご飯がススム。
大盛りご飯は、器が小さいので、お代わり。味噌汁は豚汁風で美味し。ただ、ご飯とおかずで勝負してほしいので、のりたまふりかけが付いてるのは残念。程よく満腹なり。ご馳走様でした。
