平日の夜2名で利用。
人気店とは知っていたが20時すぎに、ちょっと遅い時間だからイケるかも？と電話してみるとすぐ入れると言われてイソイソ向かう。
半地下のような店舗、外にゴンゴン置かれたビールケース。外観からも気楽な感じが伝わってくる。
店内は手前にテーブル席、奥に小上がり。小上がりには昔懐かしい、寅さんがひっくり返しそうな丸いちゃぶ台があったりして、そこで神保町系とも呼ぶべきまったり女子会が開催されていたりしていい雰囲気。
メニューを見ると博多名物と銘打たれたものが多くかなりワクワクする。

関東で食べるサバとは違う美味しさの胡麻サバ。身が柔らかくサバとアジの間みたいな味で、甘いタレとたっぷり野菜で楽しむ感じ。和の甘い味付けはみんな好きではない私は（ひじき煮やおから、魚の煮付けや卵焼きは甘い味付けだと全て下卑て不味く感じる）九州のこの甘いタレも同様に好きではない。しかし郷土料理だという珍しさもあってこれは美味しく食べられた。サラダ仕立てなのもいいね。
⚫️牛スジ煮込 800円
ブワンブワンの柔らかい牛すじがたっぷり、脂っこくなく味付けもいい。うまーい！これはおすすめ。
⚫️肉とうふ 600円
牛スジとそっくりなのにこっちも頼んだ。なにせ煮た肉が大好物なもんで！しかしこれは味付けが甘すぎ。砂糖の甘さだけがガーンと来て出汁の味わいも豚肉の味わいもあったもんではない。残念。
⚫️長崎サラダ 750円
長崎サラダて何やねと思ったらなるほど〜皿うどん風の揚げめんが散りばめてあるのね。サラダを頼んだからには炭水化物ではなくて野菜が食べたかったとは思ったが（野菜はヒラヒラのサラダ菜のみ）、うずら卵とかイカとかエビとか貝とか入っててこんなの美味いに決まってるじゃん(笑)これはサラダっていうより海鮮と麺の美味しい食べ物です！ズルイなー(笑)
あ、自分はドレッシングまみれのサラダが嫌いなのでどこでもドレッシングは別添えにしてもらうのだが、ここでもそれが大正解だった。
⚫️豚しろ焼 520円
これも大変旨い。焼きの香ばしさとブワンとやわらかな肉、味付けは甘いが許せる範囲。ネギたっぷしも嬉しい。おすすめ！
⚫️博多名物焼き豚足 580円
メニューに「6時間以上煮込んでとろとろ！外はパリっと焼き上げとーよ」と書いてあるこちら。
見た瞬間、骨しかなくて食べるところがない部分もあってなんだよこれーと憮然となったが（写真で上にのってる一本）、下の方の肉がすごく美味しかったので許す(笑)
豚足特有のブヨブヨの肉、コラーゲンもたっぷり、焼きの香ばしさもあって美味い。名物だけあってこれもおすすめ。
以上の料理に二人ともビール一本とノンアルビールで5920円。リーズナブルだし美味しいし、ここはリピあり！
〈結論〉
気楽な雰囲気で博多の郷土料理が楽しめる店。私のおすすめは胡麻サバ、牛スジ煮込み、豚足、豚しろ焼き。肉どうふは味付け甘すぎておすすめしない。
居酒屋あるあるで夜は席によってはグループ客の声が耳をつん裂くほどやかましいが、注意されることはなくそれが通常営業らしい(笑)価格も二人で食べてドリンク2で5920円とリーズナブル。
次回行ったら今回は量が多そうでパスした蒸し鶏行きたいなー
