神田でパスタを食べられるお店を見つけました～。
あまりにもパスタ屋が少なすぎるので、
ほんとに困ったものです。
こちらは夜はBARのようですが
お昼はパスタのランチを提供しています。
女性が大半ですがおかまいなしです。
メニューは10種類ぐらいあったのかな
パスタランチにはサラダがついてきます。
そのサラダに粉チーズがついてくるので
好きな分だけかけてくださいってスタイルでした。
パスタは自家製ソーセージとナスの
トマトソースフィットチーネにしてみました。
初見はトマトソースかカルボナーラと決めてるので＾＾
出てきたソーセージってのは思ってたソーセージではなく
ちょっとした驚きでした。
ソーセージは非常にやわらかく、
分厚いソーセージを5mmぐらいにスライスしたものを
湯がいてあるんじゃないかなと思います。
たぶんバジルとかがまざってて
アクセントになっている気がします。
トマトが強いからソースと食べるとわからないかもですけど。
ソースは一般的な感じでした。
もしかすると若干濃いのかもしれませんが、
私にはちょうど良い塩梅でしたね。
この手軽さなら私的にはgoodなので
今後通い詰めるような気がします。
ただ、大問題が1つありまして、
奥の席だとdocomoは圏外になります。
多少アンテナが立つときがありますが、
超絶ヘビーユーザーの私には
全くもってありがたくありません。
なるべく入口側に座りたい旨を
伝えていくかもしれませんね。
