自家製タリアテッレのインフォメーションが目にとまりシャッターにてランチ突入！
タリアテッレをメインに出す店も珍しいですよね。期待大です！
クラシックが流れる店内に赤と白のテーブルクロスが印象的。
オーダーは、スペシャルランチの『ポルチーニ茸と四種類の茸のクリームソース タリアテッレ1200円＋大盛200円』とちょいと奮発。
『水菜とサニーレタスのサラダ』が出てから、
お待ちかねのタリアテッレが登場！麺は気持ちやわめか。
もう少し肉厚でモチモチ感があるとストライクなんだけど・・・。食感は、今一つ。
それと、ちょっと麺を引っ張り出しにくい気がしました。
ソースは、味薄めのお上品系。もの足りず、添えられていた粉チーズと常設のソルトを振り掛けてしまった！
加えて、粉チーズと一緒に出された「ＢＰ（約1/2CUTの、大粒です）」も試しに入れてみました。
悪くないアクセントになります。
茸は榎茸、シメジなどが、ゴロゴロ入っていたがやや生っぽい風味が残っていて苦手なタイプ・・・。
コーヒーには珍しくクッキーが添えられていました。カップのデザインも洒落ていますね。
最後に一言二言。クラシックは良いのだけど常連みたいな親父さんがスタッフと始終ベラベラ喋りまくりで煩かった。定食屋で、塩鯖でも食べてりゃ良いのに(笑)
値段相応の感動は無かったかな。残念。
