まだ、「また食べたくなるナポリタン」のお店を発掘できていません！
実は「神田藪そば」を目指していたのですがすぐお向かいに「イタリアン」のお店発見。
店の外のメニューをちら見してみると「ナポリタン（人気No1昭和の神田の味）」
と書かれているではないですか！
これは是非食べてみたいということで、お蕎麦は次回！
店構えからいかにも「イタリアン」
店内もガラス張りなので外から拝見できるのですが
きちんと整列して配置されたテーブル席には真っ赤なクロスがかけられていて
「美味しいイタリアン」が食べられそうな予感。
お店の扉を開けると、ちょうど満席で一組のお客さんが出られるタイミングで
ちょっと待っているとすぐに案内されました（ラッキー！
店内には「蓄音機」があったり、
あちらこちらに「レコード・音楽」に関するレイアウトがされています。
落ち着いて食事ができるいい感じの雰囲気です。
パスタは「乾麺」と「生麺」のメニューがそれぞれあります。
今回の目的は「神田の昭和の味」ナポリタンなので、こちらをオーダー
わたしの中の昔ながらのナポリタンの定義は
・ちょっと太めの麺
・具はソーセージの輪切り、玉ねぎ、ピーマン
・ケチャップベタベタ
登場したナポリタンを定義に当てはめてみると
・麺は中くらい
・具はソーセージ、玉ねぎ、ピーマン
ソースは見た感じちょっと薄い感じで具材はビンゴですが野菜が少なめです。
麺も、理想よりちょっと細めですが、全体的にほぼ条件は満たしていました！
粉チーズとタバスコも一緒に提供してくれ◎
頂いてみた感想は、最初の一口目
「あ、薄味だな」
でした。
ところが、半分も食べるとちょうどよく
最後まで食べると「美味しかった！」となりました。
料理って本来これが理想的なんですよね。
最初からちょうどいいと、最終的にはしょっぱく感じることがあります。
食べ終わること「美味しい」ってなったので、味付けが上手なんだと思います。
ただし「昔ながら」というよりは、ハイカラなパスタの印象でした。
でも、満足です◎
そして、食後にはアイスティーを頂きましたが
ロータスビスコフが添えられていてちょっとうれしい〜
最初は、パスタランチなので「カップスープとプチサラダ」くらい
セットになっているといいな？と思いましたが
デザートが付いているのでいいかな？と思いました。
こちら、口コミの評価が厳しいようですね？
数年前の口コミのようなので、色々と改善されているのかもしれません！
お客さんもたくさん入っていたので、久々にリベンジされてみてはいかがでしょう？
