This is an Italian Cuisine restaurant located about a 4-minute walk from Awajicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. I visited alone on a weekday lunchtime. There was a sign that only cash was accepted during lunchtime. There was a large gramophone and a hand-cranked music box, and classical music was playing inside the restaurant. Even during lunchtime, the tables were covered with cloth tablecloths, giving the restaurant a very elegant feel. The lunch menu at the time of my visit included five types of dried pasta, four types of fresh pasta, and four more fresh pasta dishes as special menu items. I chose "Spaghetti Napolitan" (1,050 yen) from the dried pasta menu, as I was attracted by the subtitle "Spaghetti in Kanda in the Showa Era." I also ordered "Lunch Salad" (250 yen). All menu items were accompanied by a drink, and the options were coffee, tea, herbal tea, jasmine tea, oolong tea, and orange juice, so I chose "herbal tea." The "Spaghetti Napolitan" is said to be 220g of dried noodles, but the noodles were thin and fluffy, and the sausages were light, so it didn't feel like much. At home, I use the 100g bound type, but I think the toppings are probably more at home. I feel like the 100g Neapolitan I make at home is a lot more. I just had a full table, and other customers came in later, but we didn't have to share a table. The herbal tea was not very strong, and I thought it was safe, with a taste similar to black tea or rooibos. (Personally, I also like herbal tea with a strong flavor.) It was accompanied by individually wrapped cookies, and it was a rather elegant lunch. The atmosphere was nice and elegant, so it seemed like most of the customers were elegant. I would like to visit again if I want to spend some quiet time. I would also like to try the fresh pasta. Thank you for the meal.
