東京都千代田区内神田の『くじらのお宿 一乃谷』で「親方おまかせコース」を食す。
最寄り駅はJR中央線・山手線「神田駅」。
駅西口から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある。
4人で訪問。
注文したのは、親方おまかせコース6,000円コース。
コース1品目に登場したのは、くじらロースト。
力強い肉感で噛めば噛むほどに感じる赤身肉の旨味！
くじらユッケ。
しっとりとやわらかー！
くじら刺身盛り合わせ。
お皿の上には、赤身・心臓・本皮・白ベーコン・紅ベーコン・鹿の子・尾の身・小腸・さえずり。
さらに、あわび・あわび肝。
色々と食べ比べできるのが楽しいー！
くじら寿司。
鹿の子のにぎり！
生牡蠣。
ちゅる～んとミルキー！
くじら汁。
ぷるぷるの鯨の皮などが入っていてあたたまる～！
そのまま一気に完食。
オススメコースを注文してみたものの、メニューに記載してある竜田揚げやステーキ、ハリハリ鍋などはなくガラッと違ったメニュー構成にｗ
せっかく予約をしてまでくじらを食べに来ているからにはいろいろなくじら料理を食べたかっただけにやや不完全燃焼。。。
