神田駅からＢＯＪに向かいますと、右側にあります蕎麦系の居酒屋さんで、鴨鍋の飲み放題宴会に参加致しました。飲み放題は、アップ・グレードし、高めの生ビールで乾杯致します。泉州水茄子と玉蜀黍、枝豆が前菜、但し、水茄子は一人に一切れずつで、大小差があります。刺身盛り合わせが来ます。これも一人に一切れずつで、寂しい感じですが、銘酒を飲み始めますと、関心は酒に集中します。栃尾揚げ、だし巻き玉子なども来まして、お酒はグイグイ。鴨鍋が来ます。グツグツ言えば、食べ頃です。〆の手打蕎麦は、常陸の秋蕎麦生産者名開示。お酒のため、味の記憶はありません。
