暑い日のランチに伺いました。奮発して、野菜とえび天のせいろそばを注文、天ぷらはさくさく、蕎麦もコシがあって、ぺろりといただきました。
店長さん（だと思うのですが）が明るく、てきぱきと動かれていて、言葉遣いは丁寧なのに親しみがあって、とてもよい雰囲気を作っておられたのが素晴らしいです。そのせいか、店員さん（アジア系の女性）もとてもイキイキと働いておられたのが印象的です。今度は夜にお邪魔したいです。
席から厨房の脇のバックステージ（ごちゃごちゃしたところ）が見えたのだけがちょっと減点ポイントです（が、それは仕方ないかな）。
