平日の11時に行きました。オープンと同時でしたので誰もお客さんいません。
中国人のスタッフが永遠と中国語でおしゃべりしてます。
頼んで7分で出てきました。
3分で茹で上がりを知らせるタイマーが厨房でなりました。
刀削麺は茹で時間短い所は大体美味しいので期待して食べます。
見た目は辛そうです、真っ赤で麻辣のかほりが立ち込めています。
まずはスープから、あれ？少し味薄いかなあという感じです。辛そうに炒めたそぼろの肉が入っているので、それを混ぜてやっと少し味が出てきた感はありますが、やはり薄いです。薄いので麺には絡みません。
スープは少し酸っぱい感じと胡麻の甘さ、パクチーのかほりで美味しいっちゃ美味しいですが、そこまで飛び上がるほど美味しいって感じではないです。辛いと言う
よりは酸っぱいが強くて、独特のラー油臭がします。
麺は中太の生麺でもちもちしてて美味しいです。
中に大きなまん丸チャーシューが鎮座していて、卵も入ってるのでお腹いっぱいになりました。
しかし最後まで大きな声で話しているので、イヤホン必須だと思いました。
