目的地近くてタクシーを降りる。
暑い、なんて暑いんだ(-｡-;
午後イチのミッションの前に腹ごしらえする予定で降り立った場所。
本来行くつもりだったお店とは別←タクシーを降りたら真ん前にこちらのお店があったわけで(^_^;)
よし、暑いしここ入っちまおう‼️
てなことで突撃です。
店内満席・・・まぁランチタイムど真ん中だし仕方ありませんね、大人しく待つことにしました。
おっ、すぐに席が空きました、ラッキーです、2分と待たずに席へと移動と相成りました♬
オーダーは酸辣刀削麺です。
3人連れの我々、各自麺類オーダーで2人は坦々刀削麺をチョイス。
そして小生からの提案でチャーハンと餃子をシェアして食べることにしました←餃子は一人前4個と言われたので二人前で‼️
しばらくして供された料理群、出てきてびっくり玉手箱状態となったわけで(⌒-⌒; )
餃子はかなり大きいし、チャーハンは結構な盛りでボリューム満点だし、各自の麺類は辛そうです♪
いっただっきま〜す♬
まずは酸辣刀削麺・・・唐辛子たっぷり・・・辛い。
酸味もしっかりあって辛い、刺す辛さもしっかりありますな^^;
でも大丈夫、頭皮に汗しながらガシガシ喰らう・・・かなりしっかり目の食感の刀削麺なのでありまして、ガシガシ喰らうと言う表現が適切に思われます‼️
だけど辛味と酸味の中にしっかり旨味があって美味しい仕上がりです♬♬♬
チャーハン・・・ぷりぷり海老が存在感を示しますが、それ以外のベーコン？ハム？もまたいい。
小口切りの長葱が風味を後押ししていて美味いのです。
味付けもしっかり目でしたので麺にも負けません。
餃子・・・大きいじゃん、ひと口じゃ無理じゃん。
てなことでアツアツをガブリとやると、なーんともっちりな皮が素敵な歯応え。
中から具材の旨みがジュワーっと広がります←これかなり美味しいし好きなタイプでした(*^◯^*)美味い❗️
ここリピートしたい。
まぁ接客は褒められたものではありませんが味はいいので許せます( ^_^)/~~~
