会社の近くにあるこちらへここへ来るといつも餃子定食をオーダーするが、たまには麺を食べたいということでこちらをオーダー。
パクチーやシビレ系の香辛料がたっぷり効いた一杯。鶏ガラベースかな。ただパクチーの比率がかなり高い為、食べ手を選ぶ印象。
この一杯を一言で言うなれば
"炎と森のカーニバル"です。
