It opened on March 14, 2011, three days after the Great East Japan Earthquake. ``I want to increase the number of friends I can seriously interact with. 十数種類の日本酒と酒飲み心をくすぐるおつまみが楽しめるお店。

まず日本酒プレゼントは、今回4人で訪問したところとっくり2つ分いただけるとのことで、獺祭45とたかちよ うすにごりをいただいた。
プレゼントでこのクオリティは嬉しいね。
10円メニューは曜日によって異なるようで、この日はチキン南蛮。
人数分で提供してもらえるので、写真は4人前。
10円メニューだからといって手を抜かない、ちゃんと美味しいチキン南蛮。
この他にも酒飲み心をくすぐるおつまみがいろいろ。
アンチョビが効いた炙りポテトサラダはありそうでなかった炙りが香ばしいポテトサラダ。
かにみそのチーズ焼きはとろーりチーズがぐつぐつに煮えたぎって登場。
日本酒を頼むならこれはマスト。
このお店は燻製メニューも魅力のひとつ。
あつあつの大きな燻製鍋で提供され、ふたを開けるとモックモク！
複数のテーブルが同時に頼むとえらいことにw
この日は燻製チーズベーコンウインナーをいただいたが、こんなに煙臭くて香ばしい燻製は食べたことがないと思うほど強烈な燻し具合だった。
日本酒は獺祭や作などの定番ものからあまり見かけないものまで。
中でもおだやか 純米オーク樽は亀の尾を使用し、赤ワインの貯蔵に使用したオーク樽に詰めたもの。
うっすら紫がかったお酒は日本酒とロゼワインを優しく合わせたような魅惑の味。
店内はワイガヤ系でちょっと声が聞き取りづらくなるほど。
落ち着いて飲むお店ではないが、大衆的な雰囲気でワイワイ日本酒を飲むには良いのかも。
