ランチメニューの一番上に「名物 四川よだれ鶏定食」と書いてあったのに惹かれ注文してみました❗
すぐによだれ鶏定食が運ばれてきました。温かいよだれ鶏をイメージしていたら、何と冷たい料理だったのですね～。どうりで運ばれてくるのが速いと思った❗
一口食べれば咳き込むほど辛い。パクチーが鶏の上に鏤められています。四川のピリ辛のソースは悪くはありません、が、とにかくこの冷蔵庫で冷やされた冷たい料理だとわかっていたら頼まなかったのに残念です。
鶏は食べても食べてもなかなか無くなりません。ボリュームがありました。炊きたてのご飯が美味しかったのが助かりました❗
