神田に用事があり、14時前に訪問しました。大海老重と小蕎麦のセット(1500円、税込)を頼みました。ランチ時間帯はクレジットカードは使えず現金のみだそうです。
一人なのに個室のテーブル席に通していただきました。すごく落ち着きます。
蕎麦は小とはいえない、十分な量があります。細めでありながら、ピンッと角が立ってて存在感があるお蕎麦です。蕎麦つゆはキリッと味が決まっててよく合います。
お重には大きな海老が３本も載っています。サックサクの衣にプリプリした海老がすごく食べ応えがあり美味しかったです。タレは私には甘味が強かったので、蕎麦つゆに海老をつけながら食べました。ゴマ油の香りがきつすぎることなく食欲をそそります。お腹も舌も満足です。
このしつらえ、この内容で1500円は安すぎると思います。神田はふらっと入った店がこのクオリティ、この価格なのがすごいと思います。伝統とサラリーマンの舌に鍛えられた飲食街。素晴らしいと思います。
