今日は埼玉に直行で、昼過ぎに都内に戻りました。デスクに戻る前にランチをしようということになり、電車を降りてソラシティのこちらを訪問です。
13:00回ったところでしたので、直ぐに着席できました。担々麺が推しのようですが、メニューを見た途端に野菜どっさりの具沢山広東麺に心が奪われ、速攻注文です。ちなみに、一緒に行った部下は担々麺をオーダーしていました。
オーダーから5分ほどで広東麺到着。メニュー写真どおり、野菜たっぷり、エビもお肉もイカもちゃんとあります‼︎アツアツではないのですが、まぁ食べやすい温度かと。麺は中太でしょうか、割と存在感ありです。広東麺なので餡掛けを想像しましたが、トロミはない気がする…味は優しい醤油味。美味しいですね。厨房では中国語が飛び交っています。スピード、味、具材の量。これで¥1,100はなかなか良いのではないでしょうか。メニューを撮り忘れましたが、麺もご飯も充実していました。
