昨日のランチは『和食と和酒磯じまん』さんに行きました。
神田駅の西方、少し行ったところにある小料理屋さんです（写真１）。
初訪問でした。最初に行く予定のお店が臨時休業だったので、他にブックマークをつけておいたお店が近くにあり、それがここだったんですよね。
小料理屋さんなのか居酒屋さんなのか最後までわかりませんでしたが、店内はカウンター4，5席にテーブル席は1，2卓のこじんまりとした店でした。
入店したのは12時少し前でしたが、カウンター席が1つ空いているだけで他は満席。私が食べている間に3人組が来て「すぐには無理です」と言われたり、店を出る際、2人待ち行列が出来ていました。どうやら人気店のようです。
実際、雰囲気はいいし、料理は質が高いしで、途中、私の左隣の席に外国人の女性が1人で来たくらい。それぐらいわざわざ来る価値があるお店ということでしょう。
私の頼んだ料理は”磯じまん定食（¥1,500）”です（写真２）。
注文後15分弱ほどかかりましたが、来た御膳を見ると、時間がかかっても仕方のない出来ばえ。手間ひまかけておられるようです。
お味のほどは、まさに和の一流の定食という感じ。
どれもこれも外国から来た方にこれが日本料理だぞと自慢できそうなクオリティーです。
カウンターの向こうにおられて調理されておられる職人さん方も、腕前が相応の方のよう。
いや、これはいい店を見つけたと思いましたね。
また訪れたいと強く思わせる優れものの一店でした。
