比較的、早い時間にお伺いしたにもかかわらず
店内はすでに5割位埋まっていて、活気づいていました。
印象は「普段使いできるお店」一品類もひと手間掛かっています。
お料理ですが、評判通り「名物シロタレ」はしっかり臭みをとっており
とても美味しくいただきました。
刺身も鮮度が良かったですね。
個人的には『ナンコツコリコリ』というメニューが好きです。
ナンコツを燻製し、激薄スライスにしてるような感じです。
塩味・香り・食感とお酒の肴のすべてを兼ねそなえた逸品です。
焼きものは塩・タレともに濃い目で、関東系の味わいでしょうか。
「もつ煮込み」ですが、これはお好みが分かれるかもしれませんね。
