お酒はほとんど飲みませんが熟成肉が大好きな隣の席の大先輩のヤンエグ（本物）が、「熟成肉食べたいので美味しいところつれてってー」とのことなので、わりと会社近くにある「グリルドエイジング・ビーフ＆デリカテッセン淡路町店」に行ってみました。
こちら、お店の前は何度か通るのですが、「雰囲気よさげだなー」となんどか通るのですが、まぁ、飲み仲間と行く機会ってなかなかないですよね。
ちょっとワクワクしながらの入店です。
お店は、素敵な雰囲気。
おもったより年齢層高いかな？とか思いましたが静かに談笑しながら美味しいお酒とお肉を楽しんでいるようです。
こちらメニュー。
部位で書かれてもー肉屋もしくは肉マニアじゃないかぎり「今日はちょっとイチボ、マルカワお願いしようかしら」とかさっらっといえません。
そんなあなたのために上にお肉マップ（正しい表現を知りません）付きのメニューです。
これは悩む。「肉のマップに値段も書いててほしかった、、、けど今日は副社長と一緒だしなんとかなるか？」とか3秒くらいだけ葛藤して、とりあえず乾杯。
エビスの黒ナマがおいてましたのわたしはそちらを頂きます。
ジョッキじゃではないのがよいですね。ジョッキで来られるともうすぐお腹いっぱいになっちゃう歳なので。
あとは、適当に注文してみます。
「なんかおいしそー、たべてみたーい」となりたのんでみた、ゴルゴンゾーラチーズチップス。
これ、この手のチーズをサクサクにしたもの大好きなのですが、これはいい。どっかで売ってのんかな？って聞きそうになるくらい美味し。
こちらも店員さんにオススメされて注文した自家製生ハムの盛り合わせ。シキンボ、ハバキ、ナカニク。
こちら熟成和牛ソーセージ。
で、こちら牛肉のステーキです。
いやー柔らかい。焼き方もすごいね。中までちゃんと温かいですが、レア。
そして、表面は程よく借りっと焼きあがる。
熟成肉って、お家では食べられない物、専門店でしか食べられないものとして、外食離れ対策としてマーケされたものっていう変なイメージがありましたが、やはりこれは美味い。
近く人、系列で熟成肉の焼肉屋もあるんですよね。そちらも言ってみたいですね。
