お肉が食べたい！と思い、大好きな神田エリアで探してみたところ、見つけたお店。
焼き肉や高いステーキではなく、カジュアルかつお手頃にがっつりお肉が食べられそうだったので、行ってみました。
この日はタクシーで行きましたが、都営新宿線の小川町か淡路町の駅どちらからでも近いですし、場所もわかりやすいです。
女２人男１人で、頼みたいものを全部頼みました。
おつまみ的な小皿メニューからサラダ、冷たい前菜、温かい前菜、スープ、生ハムなど、お肉以外のメニューも充実。
それとは別に、お肉の霜降りから赤身まで部位と名前が詳しく載ったメニューがあり、そこから好きなお肉を100グラムから選んで食べられます。
まだ開店して間もないせいか、ゴールデンウィークで連休中だったせいか、選べるお肉が少なかった気がします。フィレがなかったのが一番残念。
お肉は、シンシン、サーロイン、カメノコを頼みました。
焼き方は、カメノコだけレアで、あとはお勧めのミディアムレアでお願いしました。

紫芋モッツァレラが、新感覚で美味しかった！すこーし甘い紫芋が、モッツァレラと混ざって伸びるんです。
あと、そら豆のポタージュもお豆の味がしっかりしていて、美味しかった！
店員さんもみなさんとても親切で、お皿をすぐ替えてくださったり、レジ横にあるガラスの中のお肉を色々説明してくださったり、とってもいいお店でした！
是非また行きたいお店です！
