初めて行きました。
テーブル席で予約して通された席は、お店の入り口にやや近い通路に面した席でした。
2人掛けのソファ席ですが大きめでゆっくり座れましたが、店員さんが横をすごい勢いで忙しなく通って行くので、ぶつかるのではないかと少し不安になりながらの食事になっていましました。
たくさんお酒を飲めないので、ワインをグラスで頼もうと思いましたが、グラスのメニューが少なく他のドリンクを注文しました。
熟成肉はササミとウチモモ、シーザーサラダ、たことトマトのカルパッチョ、ハーブソーセージを注文しました。
サラダはドレッシングが野菜にちゃんと絡まっていて、自分で混ぜることなくすぐ取り分けて食べられました。薄くスライスしたチーズやマッシュルームが入っていて美味しかったです。
カルパッチョはトマトがピューレになっていて、薄切りのセロリが入ってさっぱりしていました。
ソーセージは珍しく牛肉を使っていて、ハーブがアクセントになり何も付けなくても味があり美味しかったです。
ササミは、とても柔らかくサシが多めの部位になっていましたが、油っぽくなくペロッと食べられました。ウチモモは、一番サシが少ない部位で、赤身肉なので少し噛みごたえはありましたが、噛むうちにどんどん肉の旨味が出てきました。どちらも表面がジャーキーのようになっていました。熟成肉だからなのかと思いましたが、それがアクセントになって美味しく食べられました。
まだまだ食べられなかったメニューがたくさんあったので、また行きたいと思います。
